| The Board shall
determine the main lines of action of the Foundation
and approve its annual accounts. It may take decisions
on any matter related to the purposes of the Foundation.
It shall designate the Executive Committee and oversee
its activities. The Executive Committee shall consist
of three members designated by the Board who will choose
a chairperson amongst themselves.
